We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh with Steadfast Courier.

How much does delivery cost?

Inside Dhaka city it is ৳80. In Gazipur, Narayanganj and the Dhaka suburbs it is ৳100. Anywhere else in Bangladesh it is ৳130.

How long will my order take?

Inside Dhaka city and the suburbs, 24 to 48 hours. Outside Dhaka, 36 to 72 hours.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Bangladesh. You can also pay with bKash if you prefer.

Can I check the product before I pay?

Yes. Open the parcel and check it in front of the delivery person before you pay. If you do not want it, tell them straight away — you pay only the delivery charge and the parcel goes back with them.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Everything is sent in plain packaging with no product name on the label. Nobody handling the parcel can tell what is inside.

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?

Not at the moment. We deliver within Bangladesh only.

ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?

ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে ৮০ টাকা। গাজীপুর, নারায়ণগঞ্জ ও ঢাকা সাব-আরবান এলাকায় ১০০ টাকা। বাংলাদেশের অন্য যেকোনো জেলায় ১৩০ টাকা।

ডেলিভারি পেতে কত সময় লাগে?

ঢাকা সিটি ও সাব-আরবান এলাকায় ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টা। ঢাকার বাইরে ৩৬ থেকে ৭২ ঘণ্টা।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি কি আছে?

হ্যাঁ। সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা আছে। চাইলে বিকাশেও পেমেন্ট করতে পারেন।

টাকা দেওয়ার আগে কি পণ্য দেখে নিতে পারবো?

হ্যাঁ। ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পার্সেল খুলে পণ্য দেখে নিন। পছন্দ না হলে তখনই জানিয়ে দিন — শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

প্যাকেজিং কি গোপনীয়?

হ্যাঁ। সম্পূর্ণ প্লেইন প্যাকেজিংয়ে পাঠানো হয়, লেবেলে কোনো পণ্যের নাম থাকে না। ভিতরে কী আছে কেউ বুঝতে পারবে না।
