You can permanently delete your Sassy Secret account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (instant)

  1. Open the Sassy Secret app and make sure you are logged in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you can’t access the app, contact us from the phone number or email associated with your account and we’ll delete it for you within 7 days:

Please include the name, phone number, or email on your account so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and login (phone number and email identity)
  • Your profile and saved contact details
  • Your loyalty points and rewards history
  • Your wishlist and saved items
  • Your notification and product-alert preferences

What we keep, and why

We retain records of your past orders for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as permitted by Google Play and applicable law. These records are anonymised — your name, address, phone number, and email are removed, so the order can no longer be linked back to you. Payment and delivery records required for tax and dispute resolution are kept in the same anonymised form.
