• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team within the eligible period. You will need to bear the cost of delivery for the exchanged item.

2. Return Policy: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here’s our policy for returns:

• Return Process:
  • Before accepting the delivery, please check the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person.
  • If you decide to return the product, you must inform the delivery person immediately.
  • You will need to pay the delivery charge directly to the delivery person at the time of return.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. These include:

• Undergarments that have been worn, washed, or without original tags.
• Items marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement as per your preference, without any additional cost.

Note: Sassy Secret BD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders for which we have already provided confirmation. Please note that we do not offer refunds; only exchange and return for store credit are possible as per the conditions mentioned above.
